60 Minute Class General Preparedness Workouts:
Each class contains three parts aimed at developing general fitness for any population
- improve range of motion
- activate prime movers
- stimulate nervous system
- performs both isolated and total body movements to develop global capacity
- designed so 1 coach can manage a large group all performing different variations of the same workout

- Warm Up: touches on 4 main components based on the movements prescribed that day

- Strength Training: develop strength and robustness of major movement patterns
- Conditioning: increase overall work capacity by developing all three energy systems
- performs both isolated and total body movements to develop global capacity
- designed so 1 coach can manage a large group all performing different variations of the same workout
