CROSSFIT CLASS PROGRAMMING
60 Minute Class General Preparedness Workouts:
Each class contains three parts aimed at developing general fitness for any population
  • Warm Up: touches on 4 main components based on the movements prescribed that day
- increase heart rate
- improve range of motion
- activate prime movers 
- stimulate nervous system
  • Strength Training: develop strength and robustness of major movement patterns
- utilizes powerlifting, weightlifting, bodybuilding, gymnastic and calisthenic methods
  • Conditioning: increase overall work capacity by developing all three energy systems
- utilizes monostructral modalities (erg, ski erg, bike, running, jump roping)
- performs both isolated and total body movements to develop global capacity
- designed so 1 coach can manage a large group all performing different variations of the same workout
GYM PROGRAMMING OPTIONS

MASQ Training offers programming for both CrossFit Affiliates, Functional Fitness Gyms, Athletic Performance Gyms, and individual athletes.  We tailor the program to meet the wants and needs of your clientele.   A few of the many program options we offer are:


- 60 Minute Class General Preparedness Workouts:
  • including both a strength piece and conditioning piece for general preparedness
- 60 Minute Class Strength Based Workouts:
  • including powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional, and calisthenic training
- 60 Minute Class Conditioning Based Workouts: 
  • focused on developing capacity by training all three energy systems
- 60 Minute Class Athletic Development Workouts:
  • focused on improving speed, power, agility, and strength
- 60 Minute Class Grunt Work/Odd Object Workouts:
  • focused on enhancing your ability to take on the challenges of everyday life
