TRACK & FIELD PROGRAM - HGIH SCHOOL ATHLETE (4 days/12 weeks)
Below is a 12 week all encompassing weight room based off-season Track & Field program for an advanced Track & Field athlete. This covers all facets of an off-season program any T&F athlete will need outside of their running program prescribed by their coach. The qualities this program will develop are:
- Increased strength & movement quality in foundational major movement patterns
- Power and speed development that is specific to the requirements of sport
- Improved tissue integrity and resiliency building a more injury proof athlete
