SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAMS

Below and under the tab are training programs designed specifically for athletes who are elite in there sport and want to take there game to the next level.

WRESTLING TRAINING PROGRAM - (3 day/12 weeks)

below is a 12 week all encompassing weight room based off-season wrestling training program for elite wrestlers.  This program covers all facets of an off-season program for any wrestler.

- Increased strength & movement quality in foundational major movement patterns
- Power and speed development that is specific to the requirements of sport
- Improved tissue integrity and resiliency building a more injury proof athlete
TRACK & FIELD PROGRAM - HGIH SCHOOL ATHLETE (4 days/12 weeks)

Below is a 12 week all encompassing weight room based off-season Track & Field program for an advanced Track & Field athlete.  This covers all facets of an off-season program for any T&F athlete will need outside of their running program prescribed by their coach. The qualities this program will develop are:

- Increased strength & movement quality in foundational major movement patterns
- Power and speed development that is specific to the requirements of sport
- Improved tissue integrity and resiliency building a more injury proof athlete
