  • Liver is packed with vitamins and minerals, it’s basically like taking a meat multivitamin. including: B Vitamins, Selenium, Copper, Phosphorous, Zinc, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Copper, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorous, and Iron.
