WORKOUT ABOVE - 1+1 Bench Press w/ 10 sec eccentric - 3 Drop Push up - 3 Depth Drop Push Up - 3 DB Speed Bench - 3 Bench Plyo Push Ups - Complete recovery, repeat for 3-5 sets
